This is a brand new re-release of the original CD 'Deborah Marie Doolan and Chief Rock', completely remastered at Austin's Terra Nova Studios by Jerry Tubb.

This CD is a real rarity, recorded in 1995 and scheduled for release in 1986, it was released with only a few cassette copies and then, in spite of recieving a round of high praise from some bigshots in the Austin Music Industry, was promptly forgotten. Featuring the Austin version of the Daddycats, Larry Allen on bass, Leo King on harmonica and electric lead,Noah Ramirez on drums, with a guest appearance by Steve Hatch on drums as well.Deb, who wrote each of the songs, performs all the vocals and piano and keyboards, and guitar on each track. She performs all parts on the song 'Hundred and Ten'. When Deb tried to salvage the 16 track analogue master in 1997, the effort failed and the tape was destroyed in the process of trying to save it. Upon coming across an old copy of the cassette in a Salvation Army Thrift Store bin in South Austin, she rejoiced, for her own copy of the cassete had long ago worn out, and it was assumed there were no copies of this music in existence any longer.Deb promptly made a digital master from the tape, and has produced a few CDs (20) to sell on this website.They are twenty dollars each, plus the price of shipping..
